Service Description

Before we meet, you'll fill out an assessment. I'll get to know you and your team's current status and needs. Then we'll meet for 1.5 hours. The coaching session's goal is to help you remove obstacles and create the positive changes you seek with targeted goals. During our 1:1 coaching session we'll book your team's 1.5 hour custom tailored workshop. Your team will fill out a survey to identify their learning objectives. The workshop will empower them to feel confident and capable to support children's challenging behaviours. After the workshop we'll meet twice for 45 minutes each for you to maintain lasting results.
